The data shows that the growth rate of the manufacturing value and sales value of the above-scale manufacturing industries both declined in October for two consecutive months. The added value fell back to June's growth rate, which was an increase of 15.6%, which was a 2.1% decrease from September. Percentage points, sales output fell 2.2 percentage points from September.

It is reported that the main reason for the expansion of the company’s loss is the high cost of production and operation. In the first nine months of the entire industry, the cost per 100 yuan of main business income has always exceeded 89 yuan, which is about 5 percentage points higher than the industrial average. From January to September, the main business cost of the whole industry increased by 21.3%, 0.6% higher than the growth rate of income; interest expense increased by 40.1%.
