In fact, the component manufacturers pointed out that as far as the current situation is concerned, the pace of the NB industry's westward advancement is indeed still in progress. Apart from the brand industry, such as Foxconn, Inventec, Quanta, Compal, Wistron and other customers, almost All factories have been set up in the west. In order to supply the customer's needs in the nearest place, the plan to carry customers to the Great Western Region is bound to continue.

However, the industry reserved that the plan is still correct, but because the situation of the global NB market does not really grow as expected, under the premise that the demand has not been seen, it is necessary to significantly support the needs of the customer's western production line, or Whether or not customers have relevant needs in the West, it has become a question worth pondering.

Even some of the component manufacturers stated that due to the slow growth of demand in the NB market as a whole, the original capacity of customers in the coastal areas has been sufficient to meet market demand, and there is no need to expand the production capacity of the western production line. There has been no significant growth in customer demand. At the same time, there is no need to advance the planning of the West Bank ahead of schedule. However, the component manufacturers emphasize that satisfying the needs of customers is absolutely the most important task for the peripheral component industry. Therefore, the planning of the western production line will be adjusted at any time along with the adjustment of the customer's production capacity and the actual market demand.

For the westward migration plan, there are also some component manufacturers who pointed out that in fact, when the Great Western Region attracted the NB industry, it has already completed a more complete planning from the perspective of regional development. System operators and component manufacturers may not be classified. In the same region, the implementation or coordination of policies is not very much synchronized.

If it is only a simple assembly line, with the provision of a standard factory rental in the local area, it will soon be able to travel to the west to support customer needs; however, if it involves production line planning, it will be necessary for manufacturers who build their own plants to speed up. Not necessarily satisfactory results. The reason why these can't catch up with the progress has now been provided by the zero component industry as a solution to the problem.

In the third quarter of 2011, which seems to be a foregone conclusion, most of the component manufacturers believe that the economic environment in 2011 has changed so much that the development from the beginning of the year to the middle of the year has even exceeded the original plan, so only Can meet customers as a priority.

Fortunately, under the environment of shrinking market growth, the demand for the western production line has not exerted too much pressure on the supply of component suppliers. Even Song Fuxiang, Chairman of Xinpu, which has benefited from the popularity of tablet computers but has no impact on the growth and decline of the NB market, has said that the construction of western plants will be carried out according to plans, but in terms of capacity planning, It depends on the needs of the market.

In addition, many companies, including Juteng, Acer, Nisshin, and Yide, all believe that although Western Jinjin is indeed a must for medium and long-term planning, the current market environment is related to the end market. The development of the booming economy will be based on the actual needs of customers and the deployment of the production capacity of the production line will be the best response method for the component industry at this stage.
