Let smart cities have rules to follow four national standards to be implemented in 2018

The National Standards Committee released a number of important national standards on World Standards Day, including GB/T34678-2017 "Smart City Technology Reference Model", GB/T34680.1-2017 "Smart City Evaluation Model and Basic Evaluation Index System Part 1 : Requirements for the establishment of the overall framework and sub-item evaluation indicators, GB/T34680.3-2017 "Smart City Evaluation Model and Basic Evaluation Index System Part 3: Information Resources", GB/T34679-2017 "Smart Mine Information System General Technology" The four national standards of the Code were wholesaled.

The four standards were proposed and managed by the National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC28) and were led by the China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute. This is the second batch of national standards for smart cities released after GB/T33356-2016 "New Smart City Evaluation Indicators".

The main contents are as follows:

GB/T34678-2017 "Smart City Technical Reference Model" Standard Scope: This standard gives a reference framework for smart city concepts, which specifies the smart city business framework, knowledge management reference model and technical reference model supported by information and communication technology (ICT). And the technical principles and requirements for smart city construction. This standard applies to the overall planning of smart city ICT and the planning, design, construction and operation and maintenance of specific projects.

GB/T34679-2017 "General Technical Specifications for Smart Mine Information System" Standard Scope: This standard specifies the system architecture of smart mines, basic network, data warehouse, geographic information, sensing perception, industrial automation, platform software, geological security software, General technical requirements for information systems such as security assurance software, production management software, mine ERP software, big data analysis software, integrated scheduling software and emergency command software. This standard is applicable to the design and construction of intelligent information systems that guide mining enterprises.

GB/T34680.1-2017 "Smart City Evaluation Model and Basic Evaluation Index System Part 1: General Framework and Sub-item Evaluation Indicators" Standard Scope: This part specifies the overall framework and level of the smart city evaluation index system. The establishment principles, establishment requirements and description requirements of indicators, secondary indicators evaluation elements and sub-item evaluation indicators. This section applies to the development of smart city overall evaluation indicators and sub-item evaluation indicators, but also applies to the planning, design and evaluation of smart city as a whole and sub-field construction projects.

GB/T34680.3-2017 "Smart City Evaluation Model and Basic Evaluation Index System Part 3: Information Resources" Standard Scope: This part specifies the evaluation indicators of smart city information resources, which is applicable to the evaluation of smart city information resources.

In the process of promoting the standardization work of smart cities, China first solved the problem of standardization layout and top-level design, established the national smart city standardization overall group, planned and built the smart city standard system, and promoted according to the principle of “immediate need to develop first”. The establishment and development of a number of smart city national standards.

Dai Hong, director of the Industry Standards Department of the National Standardization Administration Committee, pointed out that the most important thing in building a new smart city is to use data concentration and sharing as a way to achieve the “three integrations and five crosses” and achieve deep integration of business services. Basic standards such as indicator system and grading classification encourage industries and localities to refine and summarize outstanding cases and experiences, and incorporate them into standards and norms. At the same time, they will continue to promote the international standardization work of smart cities, promote the continuous innovation of international and domestic smart city technologies and applications, and guarantee China's substantive Deeply participate in international standardization work and enhance China's international status in the field of smart cities.
